Steps to follow for your Click Away purchases:
1. Place your order at arch-studios.com
2. When filling your purchase order details, please write the day and hour of your prefered package pickup in Order Notes section
3. At Check out choose Local Pickup: Free
4. Conclude your order by choosing payment method
5. When completing purchasing your order  you will receive a confirmation email
6. The day of order pick up you shall receive a reminder SMS at the mobile phone number you have registered at Checkout

WHEN READY TO MOVE TO ARCH STUDIO GALLERY TO PICK UP YOUR ORDER YOU MUST SEND AN SMS AT 13033 (write number 2 your name and area).

For securing everyone’s safety:
• only one person can pick up the order.
• when waiting outside Arch Studio Gallery only 9 people are allowed to que keeping a 2 metres distance.
• maximum waiting time at pick up point is ten minutes.

• For the Click Away Service Arch Studio Return Policy applies.
• Once opting for Click Away, you cannot switch to home delivery service of vice versa.
