All art in www.arch-studios.com is available for sale in the following countries:

We ship worldwide, after confirmed payment according to each item’s indicated processing time. We will send you a confirmation email. If you do not receive this email please check your email provider’s spam settings.

We use A’ Class Priority Registered mail and we ship with the Greek post office (Hellenic Post. www.elta.gr).
After processing and shipment we shall notify you by email and provide you with your parcel’s international tracking code.

Shipping Times
Delivery time for all orders usually takes:
Greece 4 to 5 days,
EU (European Union) 7 to 15 days
Rest of the world for 15 to 30 days

Shipping duration time is an estimated delivery time. We are not responsible for any Post Office Delays. Arch-studios.com cannot be held responsible for items lost, but we are happy to initiate a lost items procedure
arch-studios.com is not responsible for any damages caused during shipment of orders nor is responsible for delivery delays (i.e. due to high and busy Holiday Season in Post Offices or due to unpredictable factors such as bad weather conditions that effectively can cause delivery delays). arch-studios.com cannot be held responsible for any fees, Customs Charges, duties Additional postal fees or taxes outside Greece so please get in touch with your local authorities to get information on relevant issues.
arch-studios.com cannot be held responsible if the provided by the buyer delivery address is invalid. If you wish your order to be sent in a different address then make sure to clearly state it when placing your order.
arch-studios.com does not process orders on weekends, or Greek public holidays.

Returns
We wish you to be happy with your purchase and shopping experience.
If you’re not completely satisfied, please let us know and we will be happy to refund if you notify us within a day or two of the estimated time delivery to your country.
Please note: Shipping Costs are not refundable.
We do refunds only if the buyer returns the order completely unused and undamaged in the original packaging within 14 days of delivery.
The buyer bears the burden of paying the return shipping cost which is non refundable. Returned items must be returned with A’ Class Registered Mail and the buyer must provide arch-studios.com with the returned item’s tracking code via email.
As soon as we receive the returned item(s) we proceed and issue a refund for the originally paid price after deducting shipping costs.
In case you change your mind and wish to return your order you have the right to. In this case, you must return your new and unused art item within 14 days of delivery. We do refunds only if the buyer returns the order completely unused and undamaged within 14 days of delivery, in it’s original packaging.

Broken, Damaged or Defective Items
In the unlike case you receive a broken, damaged or defective item please contact us as soon as possible via email: info@arch-studios.com or Call us at: 0030 210 9370390. You will have to provide us with photographic evidence. Many issues can be handled if you send us a photo via email. After examining your evidence and if agreed, we will replace the item free of charge (excluding shipping charges). (.)
Note: Please keep packaging and contents until you hear from us as without them we cannot process a damage claim.

Debit or Credit Cards payments are accepted. All online payments made on www.arch-studios.com are processed and secured by Stripe.

We do not store you payment card data unless you check this option in your Customer account, for faster future payments. If you want to remove or use another payment card for your purchases, you can delete stored card data from your Customer account.
