Art availability
If an item is not available, it will be shown as sold out. Unfortunately you cannot add sold out art objects to your Shopping Cart. If you wish to order a made to order item or have any further questions regarding made to order art, please contact us via email at: info@arch-studios.com

Payment
Debit or Credit Cards
Debit or Credit Cards payments are accepted. All online payments made on www.arch-studios.com are processed and secured by Stripe. We do not store you payment card data unless you check this option in your Customer account, for faster future payments. If you want to remove or use another payment card for your purchases, you can delete stored card data from your Customer account.

Declined payment means that your order cannot be processed and you will see an automatic message on your screen.

Duties and Taxes
Prices indicated for all items available in www.arch-studios.com are inclusive of VAT (where applicable) at the current rates. Shipping charges are not included. Your order total cost is the price of art ordered including VAT plus shipment charges as set out in the Shipping section of www.arch-studios.com.

Customers outside the EU
www.arch-studios.com is not responsible and has no control over any fees, duties and taxes charges, additional postal fees or tariffs outside Greece for orders sold outside the EU and cannot predict which such charges may be. Please contact your local authority and /or customs office for more information. If any payment of customs or import duties is requested, the customer is responsible to take the charge. Orders to the US might be subject to customs and import duties.
